Vintage Mid-Century Modern 18" Wood Salad Bowl on Tripod Stand with Servers – Made in Thailand

Vintage mid-century modern salad serving set. It includes a large 18" diameter staved wood bowl, a matching 26" tall three-legged stand, and a 12”pair of wooden serving utensils (fork and spoon). The bowl sits in the stand's recessed top, making a striking standing salad bar or display piece for parties. • Bowl: 18" diameter, staved (segmented) wood construction • Stand: 26" tall with turned, tapered legs and ring details • Servers: wooden fork and spoon with a leather hanging strap; a hook on the stand holds them • Made in Thailand, likely 1960s–70s. The wood is unconfirmed, but it's likely teak or monkeypod, which were common for Thai-made bowls of this era. Condition: Good vintage condition. There is light wear consistent with age, including some dark spotting and small marks inside the bowl and minor finish wear on the servers. Please see photos. The stand is sturdy. Great for entertaining, as a centerpiece, or as a planter or display bowl.
