Great overall condition, minor cushion mark (see photos), priced accordingly. Smoke-free, pet-free home. Dimensions: 87"W x 38"D x 31"H (35"H with back pillows) Pickup only, must go ASAP— new furniture arriving and I need this gone quickly.
