John Karaosmanoglu assisted me in deciding what type of car I wanted with no pressure. I went to Brotherton to test drive an EV car I had been researching for over a year.  As I was test driving, John quickly realized there were driving features I did not like. He suggested I drive the  Cadillac Vistiq EV. He told me I just want you to feel the difference in the two cars.  I agreed never thinking I would purchase a Cadillac.  As I drove the car, I’m sure John could see I was sold on the features of the Vistiq EV. As I drove he detailed all the features of the Vistiq, laughing and talking as if we were old friends who had just reconnected. When we returned to the dealership I told John, I was sold. John could have easily sold me the car I was just driving. He informed me a low mileage leased Vistiq was being returned the next day and ask if I wanted to wait and drive it, and decide if I wanted new or used. John’s honesty and willingness to allow me to make a choice to buy used or new was not something he had to do. He knew I was willing to buy new. This is a testament to John and the Brotherton dealership in working with customers to bring them the best value possible when car shopping and guiding them to the car they will love for years to come.

When I initially arrived, the service advisor who checked me in (Ed) was professional and helpful, and I appreciated his assistance. However, the issues began when I returned to pick up my vehicle.

At that time, I was assisted by a different advisor who appeared unfamiliar with how to apply my available service points. As a result, I was incorrectly charged $189 for what should have been a covered (free) service. This lack of familiarity with basic account functions is concerning and resulted in an unnecessary out-of-pocket expense.

Additionally, I experienced a delay of over 30 minutes just waiting for my vehicle to be brought out. More importantly, when the car was finally returned to me, its condition was unacceptable. The interior was noticeably dirty, with visible footprints on the side panels and dirt on the white door panels. I take pride in keeping my vehicle clean, and I brought it in in near-spotless condition. Receiving it back in such a state—especially after it had been sitting outside and handled carelessly—is extremely disappointing.

While I understand that an exterior wash is not always included, there is no justification for returning a vehicle with additional dirt and visible marks caused during service.

I had a great experience buying my Ford Raptor from Brotherton Buick GMC. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Drew Dussault was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my purchase.

The sales manager and finance manager were also a pleasure to work with. They were transparent, efficient, and made the paperwork process quick and easy.

Overall, it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Brotherton Buick GMC and Drew if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

Having a great experience with Brotherton GMC with getting my wife her GMC Terrain Denali a few years ago it was our first stop for me adding a car. Met Jon, as we spent time test driving several cars and he suggested a Buick Envision Essence. At first I thought how old do I look. When he pulled up the car I knew it was the one. It was a 2023 Midnight Metallic matching wheels. It was the smaller clone of my Escalade. Working with Jon and Jazzman for financing was a fun experience. Each staff member was welcoming and recognized we were repeat customers and were appreciative. Maybe one day soon we will make our 3rd trip. Thank you to all the Brotherton GMC Buick team.

Full disclosure, I am leaving this review WITHOUT any request, direction or compensation from the dealership.  I just needed to post this to tell people who awesome the experience was.  I have purchased many vehicles over my 30 years of driving, and usually dealership basically beg you for a 5 star review. Neither my sales guy Chaz, Jasmine in finance, the owner or any other employee asked for a review.

Ok, now the good part.  My experience was amazing!  Found a Sierra 1500 that I liked around 10am on their website.  Sent in an availability request, and within minutes Chaz texted me.  Simple introduction and information about the business, and a desire to do whatever they could to get the best deal on the right vehicle.  Got a fair trade value over the phone , which improved on arrival and inspection at noon.  Test drove the truck, it was perfect, and minimal back and forth.  I wanted a lower payment that fit my budget, and they made it happen.  No games, no gimmicks, just friendly discussion.  They knew I was looking other places, and worked hard to earn my business.

Excellent customer service, great value, friendliness, professional, totally laid back and personable.  You cannot go wrong going to Brotherton for your next vehicle, new or used!
