Floor to seat height is about 12.5" or with cushion it is about 16". Condition: Some scuffs, fading, scratches, some surface wear a crack line in seat of one but doesn't affect use ( see photos), cushions likely need recovering, they have scratches, some possible fading or soils and loose strings, chairs look really good, minor signs of wear but sturdy and heavy. Orders: This item is in back and not on our sales floor. All items purchased from our website are available for pickup only (except items in our Ebay store) from our Tacoma Store located at 4824 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409. We ask that your order be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After the 7th day, your purchase will be refunded to you and the item will be resold.
