The good: • 142,023 miles • 3.7L V6, automatic, 4WD • Limited trim — leather seats, heated front seats, sunroof, alloy wheels, roof rack, full-size spare • White, body lines are straight • Runs and starts, drives fine • Continuously insured and registered through April 2026 • Clean title in hand, no liens, NJ plates • Regular maintenance, no abuse The honest: • Needs brakes and calipers. Local mechanic quoted ~$1,500 to fix everything. Someone who can do their own brakes is at maybe $300 in parts and a weekend. • Hood has clear coat peeling — typical NJ sun damage on a 23-year-old vehicle, cosmetic only • Driver's seat has cracking on the bottom cushion from age, not abuse • Body has the classic Jeep Liberty rocker rust. Mechanic checked and said the frame itself is solid — body rust only. Selling as-is. Great fit for a mechanic, a DIY person, or someone who needs a solid 4WD project.
