I absolutely love my Flex! Awesome customer service. Aubrey is so very helpful and easy to work with. I had a little issue, and they bent over backwards to make sure they made it right and that I was happy with my ride.

I have gotten all my service work done here for approximately 10 years - both my car and my wife's car.  The service advisors know me by name when I call or walk in.  That makes me feel good.  Because I use my vehicle for sales, it's a challenge if I don't have it accessible to me.  Most times when I need service work on the planned stuff (oil changes, brakes, inspections, tires, etc.) I call early in the week and set it up for a Saturday.  I drop off my car, after hours on a Friday evening, and leave the key in their drop location.  That way, I can be first on a Saturday without having to get up early.  They are great to call me back with a detail of what needs to be done before they move forward with the work.  That's a small thing, but I do genuinely appreciate it.  Because they are good to communicate with me, there are no surprises.  And because it's an independent shop, I also save money over a dealership.  The hourly labor rates are significantly less.  GAW has 5 bays so they've always been able to get me worked in and turned around quickly.  To my memory, over the 10 years I've been going there, I don't ever recall there being anything they couldn't fix for me.  Sorry for the long post, but I do genuinely like the great service they provide, so I had to give them a thorough "shout out".

I’ve been doing business with them for at least 20 years. Even when I moved across town, I continued to give them my business. When my mother moved to this town, that’s where she took her business. There’s a reason for this. Sherry. She is a top notch Service manager. She knows the importance of taking excellent care of her customers. They will always squeeze you in if there’s not an appointment available when you need work done quickly. The work is quality work and they do everything they can to get good parts at affordable prices. Morgan in the service department is also fantastic. Both of these ladies are customer oriented, they are professional, courteous, efficient, and likable. I will never take my business anywhere else. I just recommended a friend who went to see them today. He said I was right. He said that’s where he will always take his vehicles from now on. I highly recommend this company, and these two incredible people.

My husband always took my car for the oil change, he would come home and bragg about the service. But most of all about Sherry the service manager. I went for the first time to service my car and like my husband I was well pleased. I would highly recommend them.
