This was quite honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The guys at 5 star are just good dudes. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us in the car we’ve always wanted! If you are looking for an insane selection of everything from jeeps to high end luxury, these guys have it! Oh yeah, their prices are silly affordable too. No way I just bought a Twin Turbo 7 Series BMW for the price I did… absolutely stunning vehicle! Would highly recommend these guys and will certainly come back in the future. Drove three hours to look at a car and set an appointment. Was told to drive around for half an hour or so as they needed to get the car from another one of their lots. (turns out it was the owners daily driver). Car drove funny, and ran a code reader that had codes for the engine and transmission. Looked at another vehicle, everything seemed fine, drove better, no codes, etc. Purchased the Vehicle in Mid July, was told the timing had been replaced. By the beginning of August (17 days of having the car) the vehicle had broke down, needing a full engine replacement, among other things. The shop that looked at the vehicle said that the engine components were not put back on correctly and were not the right parts and it was extremely dangerous to even leave the lot with the car. Warranty offered by them did not cover any repairs. Tried to reach out to the owner to come to a resolution and received no response. Unfortunately had to get an attorney involved.

My seller was Brad and he did a great job. He was very honest and very kind. He worked with me greatly on the price of the vehicle and the entire process was very smooth. The only complaint i have is the mileage of my car was a little bit more than advertised, but other than that everything is perfect.

Since I can't edit or delete my previous review, I'm leaving another one.

Although our initial experience was quite good, I would now not even suggest this place to my ex-husband. We got "a fantastic deal, I'm not even making any money on this car" that has now cost me as much as I originally paid just for repairs and I've only had it less than 8 months.

I realize we bought the car "as is" but I feel that a DEALERSHIP has a responsibility to be truthful when asked what the issues with the car are. Since purchasing this car early December, 2024, we have had to:

*Replace all 4 tires due to dry rot
*Replace the rear brakes, not due to normal wear and tear, due to a malfunction
*Replace the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION

Still left needing repairs:
*Fix the A/C
*Fix the drivers seat that twists when moved forward or back
*Replace the tire monitoring system
*Replace the radio/CD player
*Fix the auto window controls
*Replace the exhaust
*Fix whatever is making a god-awful noise underneath when going over large bumps

No Bueno Five Star! NO. BUENO.

Very Satisfied with Five Star Auto Group. Eric was great! He he is  informative and personalable.   He made buying our son's 1st car a smooth process. The car  rides smooth and the body clean.
