Vintage Brookstone Cocobolo Yo-Yo

These were sold as a high end desk accessory / executive gift item rather than a performance yo-yo, and they’re surprisingly collectible today because Brookstone no longer makes them and cocobolo wood is now restricted and expensive. ⭐ Why It’s Collectible • Cocobolo is now regulated due to conservation rules, making older cocobolo items more desirable. • Brookstone’s premium wood yo-yos were limited run and not mass produced like Duncan or Tom Kuhn models. • The executive gift market has a niche collector base — especially for natural hardwood items. • Complete sets (yo-yo + pouch + card) are harder to find.
