Nice people! They repaired a screen for us right before Christmas. We started having problems with the phone a few days later and brought it back. The young man said they had probably installed one that was defective and fixed it and reinstalled a new screen for us right away. They can usually get it done in about an hour and a half or so depending on how busy the day is. But very easy to drop off and get repairs. Very easy to find the place to it's in the same parking lot with a gas station right on the corner of 92. You can get something to eat in the area while you wait for them to fix your phone. They also have a very big selection of phones and can hook you up with service if you need it. All around good local business and I would definitely recommend them they have some of the best prices in Polk County.

They were good on fixing my phone and they’re pretty cool, my phone does have minor problems that could be fixed. This phone was really important to me, it had all my information and for them to replace it really well is all that matters to me.

They were amazing. I thought it would take hours but only about 40 minutes. And the price to fixed was amazing too. I am clad I came here. Now I can go another 4 years with this phone moto stylus 5G. It's been very good phone to me. Had to save it

This is the SECOND time I’ve been burned by Mr Phone Pro on 92 next to Sunoco in Lakeland. First time, I brought in a laptop for a simple keyboard fix, they stalled so long I picked it up and did it myself. You’d think I’d learn, but my husband saw the good reviews and insisted we give them another shot.
BIG MISTAKE.
They quoted 3-5 business days to fix his controller. It’s been OVER A MONTH and we still don’t have it. No calls, no updates, NOTHING. When we contact them, it’s always “we’re still working on it” with zero proof or timeline. Just excuses and runaround every single time.

To potential customers: Learn from our mistakes. These “good reviews” are clearly outdated. Go ANYWHERE else. Your time and money are worth more than waiting a month+ with zero transparency.
This is unacceptable business practice. Do better or close your doors.
