Description

2016 rock wood mini 3000 lbs. Almost new tires one axle one spare. Has ladder on back. 1905 model with bunk beds for two where table is and a queen or a double not sure Murphy bed with the sofa below whole bed is up unfortunately the sofa has that vinyl that deteriorated even with a cover on it but sofa still works and is good. Toilet and full shower with tub Ac and heat operate great either by electric or gas propane. Awning in good shape power open and close. Water heater gas or electric did maintenance on it today new element and electrode. Has a real new kitchen sink faucet. Has new stabilizer jacks to be mounted soon. Two 20 lbs propane tanks. Has power lift jack to make hitching it easy. Vacuum seal sides on whole camper. The roof may need sealed but it’s in good shape doesn’t leak. Has fridge that is both electrical and gas propane with a propane gas oven and stove top. Interior is in great shape lots of storage space table seat cushions in great shape. Had a couple leaks in toilet and kitchen sink over the years but repaired and some of the cheap molding they use kinda bubbled but only 2 small areas. I can take more photos if you’re interested in the camper.
