Fadak Auto Sales is by far the greatest shopping experience we’ve ever had & we absolutely loved our experience with them. We found them on Housain’s Facebook post & we sent them a text in the early morning & he responded right away & communicated with us clearly where to meet & explained how the process would go. We got to their place & was greeted by Housain , we wanted to test out 3 cars & he was very patient with us. We drove the Chrysler and knew we found the car for us. The financing process was smooth and Ibraheem did everything to get the loan that we needed to get our vehicle & did everything to try & get discounts for us. Albaraa assisted us in obtaining insurance for the car & talked us through the process. All in all we highly recommend Fadak Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a car! We definitely will be back again when we are car searching again.

I found a great quality car at a really good price. The staff is friendly and the process was quick.

Update* I purchased my car back in October. It is now the middle of January and I still dont have my plates. No one has any answers. No, one is available on the phone or calls me back. You can't even leave a message because the mailbox is full. I had a great experience purchasing the car but since then, it has been nothing but a hassle. I am very much a benefit of the doubt person but the lack of communication and explanation has gotten ridiculous.

Update* Finally have my plates and title. I was offered a free oil change for my troubles. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews so I figured I would at least update with the outcome.

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle. This wasn't a planned stop, but something caught my wife's eye on the Carfax website. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and enthusiastic salmonship. Looked at a few vehicles but her eyes locked in with the Escalade. They were extremely honest and helpful. Being a young used car lot (I believe only a couple months old.) I was impressed with their customer service, willingness to work within our budget as well as a decent amount of vehicles to choose from.
I recommend visiting this location as well as purchasing a vehicle from them.
I don't think they offer any financing, but we did not need it as we bought ours in full.
We are happy and wife is ecstatic with her new vehicle.
