got this hp laptop on May 7 2025. so it's basically new!! bought for over $800 with taxes. no scratches, no marks, completely brand new looking. used about four times to try it out. ended up getting a new laptop. so now it just sits in the original packaging. great for work, regular everyday use, even gaming!! still have the original packaging and original charger and everything that came with it.
