I came on to trade my car in. My saleswoman, Kim, has been great and understanding. He helped me through the process and got me a car that was perfect for me and my situation. Highly recommend asking for Kim when looking for a car or simply asking questions.

I don’t typically leave reviews but if it could help  in the future I will … I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with 321 Drive to proceed with extreme caution and do their own research. No matter how desperate you may be for a vehicle there are other places that actually care about the ones that bring them business.

-My experience has been extremely disappointing. From the start I was looking at another vehicle and even discussed it with the guy before coming. He claims I couldn’t get approved for that one after sitting at the lot for two hours and offered me the one I left with I agreed because I’d already considered this one in the past. I was told by the salesman that the vehicle had only been in a small fender bender when it was “brand new,” so clearly nothing is drastically wrong right ?? After reviewing the paperwork( they hide so much in the contract by the way because a lot of us are desperate to sign and go ) the damage history reflected a SEVERE accident took place. This is isn’t a normal lot where you can test drive & take to your own mechanic.

-The advertised down payments on their website was FALSE and even so after you tell them what you are willing to put down they still add more fees. The amount I was expected to put down was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what was shown, and previously discussed.. the extra money didn’t cover things like your registration, tags , or even taxes like most places. They sell you a dream when in reality it’s almost like signing your life over to the devil.

-Customer service after the sale has been even more disappointing. When trying to communicate with them about almost anything, I was met with an attitude that was unnecessary and unprofessional. There is a difference between enforcing policies and making customers feel like they are being talked down to. APRIL’S approach to things made an already stressful situation much worse because she is blatantly disrespectful and rude just because she feels like she can ESPECIALLY over the phone she definitely needs to get demoted. There’s no way someone like this should ever be left managing anything. I also witnessed behavior at the location that did not reflect the level of professionalism you would expect from a business handling major financial decisions, such as not being greeted once you arrive they act like it’s a crime to be nice or even the loud curse words being thrown around behind the desk like we can’t hear them.

My biggest advice: read every document carefully, verify the vehicle history yourself, and do not assume the advertised terms are the final terms until everything is in writing. My experience left me feeling like the priority was definitely making the sale, not taking care of the customer afterward. One would read this and say “ there were several red flags she should’ve known better” I definitely did know better but everyone makes mistakes especially at a vulnerable time so I’m here to help someone else that finds themselves in the same situation I was in. I’ve gotten several cars from name brand dealers and one other BHPH … never felt scammed or witnessed the amount of unprofessionalism this place has in my life.

I had an awful experience with 321. For three weeks, I spoke with four different employees and received four different answers. I was told I qualified, was pre-approved over the phone and through their online application, given estimated payments, insurance requirements, and assured approval. Based on that information, I drove over two hours only to find out the information I was given was inaccurate, making the trip completely wasted.

Even after giving them another chance and spending an additional week trying to resolve the confusion, the details kept changing. The advertised down payment changed, approval requirements changed, and just hours before returning to purchase a vehicle, I was told I was no longer approved and needed a co-signer. The lack of communication, consistency, and transparency was extremely frustrating. If your time is valuable, I would not recommend this dealership.

I had a VERY seamless transaction here with 321 Drive on Charlotte. Daniel and Darby were very friendly and I am happy with my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used car.
