New-old-stock, Purchased while in school for automotive technology. After school, began working for BMW where specs are mostly newton-meters, so tool was never needed and has been in storage. Calibration Disclosure: Tool was never put into service, however, calibration testing is recommended due to age. Physical Condition: Chrome finish has ~2mm chip along bottom rim of the handle. Since the tool is unused, the chip may have been present at time of purchase and went unnoticed. The handle's unfinished interior surface has minor cosmetic anomalies that are flat and smooth to the touch (possibly handling marks from the chromium plating process).
