Heavy-Duty Folding Multi-Grip Doorway Pull-Up Bar

Kaufam heavy-duty foldable doorway pull-up bar in like-new condition. Bought on Amazon for $55 and barely used—the foam grips are clean, firm, and free of any tears or wear. Unlike cheap doorway bars that require a wrench and a bag of bolts—and then sit in a bulky shape on your bedroom floor—this upgraded model has folding rear hooks that flip open in two seconds and fold completely flat when you're done. You can slide it straight under a bed, behind a door, or into a closet. No screws or drilling required. It hooks right over the top of a standard doorframe and uses oversized flat cushion blocks on the bottom bar to protect your door trim and paint from marks or dents. Features & Workout Options: • 3 ergonomic grip positions: angled wide grip, parallel hammer/neutral grip, and close center grip • Built-in steel center anchor ring for attaching resistance bands, suspension straps (TRX), or a speed bag • Works mounted in the doorway for pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging ab raises, or set on the floor for push-ups, tricep dips, and sit-ups (6 exercise guides printed right on the bar) • Heavy-gauge black powder-coated steel frame with tear-resistant blue/black padded grips • Ready to use immediately—no assembly needed. Pickup & Payment: • Local pickup in Foothill Ranch, CA (92610) • Cash only (no Venmo, Zelle, or trades) • Sold as-is, all sales final, no returns Search tags: pull up bar, chin up bar, doorway pull up bar, folding pull up bar, Kaufam, home gym, calisthenics, dip bar, push up bar, TRX mount, workout equipment, fitness gear
