Brand new, kept perfect condition in a very clean, smoke-free home. Has Velcro pads on its hands and feet so it can hold a blanket, or be looped around a toddlers arms to act like they’re giving it a piggy-back ride. My son loved the blanket as his first baby blanket, but we had the stuffie put away and never remembered to give it to him. So it’s in perfect condition. Brand new, this was $48 with the little blanket.
