2007 Rockwood Fifth Wheel

Have a 2007 Rockwood fifth wheel rv ready to be lived in. Currently it is in storage at Primrose RV park (mesa) where I lived for 1 year. If purchased you can either move it out or sign the month to month lease at the current spot. Has brand new mini split ac that does both heat/cool. Also has the main original ac unit which does currently work. Both bathroom and kitchen sink faucets have been replaced with quality Home Depot products. Also has brand new toilet. Interior has been mostly painted and updated. Sinks work, shower works, toilet, fridge, freezer, microwave, radio, slide out, both ac units, some lights need new bulbs (2 in kitchen area) but all of them work. This is completely ready to move in to. Looking to sell by the end of September. I’m willing to negotiate price. Also comes with stabilizer stands, and clean never used waste hose.
