The shafts and pointed spear finials are structurally sound and intact with their original black paint finish, exhibiting normal minor weathering. The underground portions show obvious wear from original installation and removal. The paint finish has rubbed off on these buried ends, resulting in some minor surface rust. Two of the available posts have slightly angled bottom burial tips (still perfectly strong and useful to bury).
