10/10 I had a great experience from beginning to end. He was honest, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was his priority. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and reliable.

I was searching for a reliable car for almost 3 years and found Vinluxe autos on OfferUp. I spoke to Austin who was very professional and assisted me every step of the way. I was fortunate enough to drive off in a 2006 Toyota Camry Solara. The process was seamless and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend.

Very bad experience — I do not recommend this dealership

I bought a car from this dealership, and shortly after receiving it, the car started having mechanical problems. I contacted them and sent them a message explaining what was happening, expecting them to help me resolve the issue.

What was most disappointing was that after receiving my message, they never contacted me again and showed no interest in helping me solve the problem. I found their customer service and their responsibility after the sale to be extremely poor.

When you purchase a vehicle, you expect it to be in good condition, and if a problem occurs shortly after the purchase, you expect at least a response and some assistance from the dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I do not recommend this dealership. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from them to have it thoroughly inspected before making a purchase.

I wanted a used jeep wrangler for a great price. They were able to get it for me and got me driving around in “Roberta”

The team at this dealership is fantastic to work with! They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly pleasant throughout the entire process. I was impressed with their honesty and great follow-through, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Their pricing is fair and competitive, and it’s clear they care about providing real value. You can’t go wrong here—I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car!
