  I was searching for a reliable car for almost 3 years and found Vinluxe autos on OfferUp. I spoke to Austin who was very professional and assisted me every step of the way. I was fortunate enough to drive off in a 2006 Toyota Camry Solara. The process was seamless and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend.

  Very bad experience — I do not recommend this dealership I bought a car from this dealership, and shortly after receiving it, the car started having mechanical problems. I contacted them and sent them a message explaining what was happening, expecting them to help me resolve the issue. What was most disappointing was that after receiving my message, they never contacted me again and showed no interest in helping me solve the problem. I found their customer service and their responsibility after the sale to be extremely poor. When you purchase a vehicle, you expect it to be in good condition, and if a problem occurs shortly after the purchase, you expect at least a response and some assistance from the dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I do not recommend this dealership. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from them to have it thoroughly inspected before making a purchase.
