Paid $380 for a phone then had to pay $400 to repair it less than 2 weeks later because they REFUSED to honor their warranty. I’ve purchased 6-8 phones from these guys when Maria worked there. She was great. Ever since she left, the people are rude, they LAUGH in your face, and claim customer is lying to get out of honoring the warranty. I buy phones often for other people. I will NEVER buy another one there and tell everyone I know to stay away from them. They are rude and don’t care about customers at all.

I’ve been a returning customer at The Phone Guys in Federal Way and every time I come in, they always take care of me. The customer service is top tier they really go out of their way to make sure you’re helped and satisfied. Whether it’s repairs or getting a good deal, they’re always honest, fast, and super helpful. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys consistently deliver. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and great prices!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! Horrible experience, Horrible customer service. They sold me a bad phone that got locked by the carrier for non payment. They would not make it right. Leaving a review on all there stores because I have to assume they are all owned by one or a few individuals but all the same company. Scammers!!! Would be a different story if they tried to make it right but they did not. Only saying "no, we can not help. No we can not buy your phone back. No we can not get you a good deal on a new purchase." Do not do business with them.

I worked with Harmony for an online order. I was having difficulty finishing the purchase online. I initially thought to myself, well I guess I dont need the phone. Within a few hours Harmony reached out to me. She was so great. She explained every thing perfectly and definitely did not push anything extra. Which is always great. I hate being pushed into something I dont want or need. She did everything to make sure I got the best deal and phone. It was a pleasure working with Harmony and I will definitely be asking for her for any future purchases.

So let's start from the beginning, I saw an old A32 samsung on marketplace for $60, and another for $100, I hit up both ads and was told they were both available by the phone guys. I show up to the Renton location and first thing out if the guy's mouth is "the $60 A32 is no longer available, but we do have the $100", I chalked it up to sleazy advertising and shrugged it off. I paid for the phone and was then given a receipt to take to their Federal Way location for pick up. Now I'm getting frustrated because I was only told this after paying. OK whatever I'll pick up the next day, next day comes and I pick up from the Federal Way location, turn on phone and everything seems to work, got home and noticed the power button was working intermittently, so I went back on Wednesday to take it back, I told the guy what was wrong and with a 90 day warranty I was expecting a simple swap, no instead he said he needed his technician to have a look at it and it would take 2+ hours to fix, we'll this is before work so I told him I'll just pick it up the next day. Next day comes and I have my friend pick up the phone, they told her that the phone was still not ready and they needed a couple hours. Mind you I left it for a whole 24 hours, so I had to go the next to finally pick up the phone, a whole 48 hours for something that should have been a quick swap, luckily this was just a burner phone, had I been counting this to be my main phone I would have been SOL. I do not recommend these guys at all, they use shady advertising, and their 90 day warranty means losing your phone for who knows how many days instead of a quick swap, avoid this place if you need a phone and find an alternative.
