After I posted my original review, they called to tell me how upset they were that I shared my feedback.
Instead of attacking other customers maybe take some introspection into the way you communicate and treat people.

Take a look at your reviews and be better, don’t think it’s always the customers fault. You’re condescending and unprofessional with your responses.

Take your business elsewhere. I called during business hours or at least according to their Google Profile I did, the rep seemed completely disinterested and rude. It was less about the situation and more about the attitude. There’s plenty of other businesses who would be happy to earn your business.

Marco exhibited a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and integrity throughout the process. I was in search of a vehicle without any concealed fees or additional charges for features that were already included, so I contacted him beforehand to obtain the precise out-the-door price. Marco provided me with the information, and later that day, I visited to inspect the vehicle. The car in question was a used 2018 Dodge Durango, which, as anticipated, had some imperfections, including a malfunctioning control panel where the lights did not illuminate and a non-functional trunk button. However, Marco arranged for his mechanic to address these issues before I left the lot. After making my decision regarding the vehicle, I returned the following day, and as Marco had assured me, the total cost included only the county tax, registration, and other necessary basic fees. This transaction was one of the most seamless and efficient car purchases I have ever encountered.

I want to start off by said thank you so much to G&G. I bought a truck from them and I love it. My truck is wonderful. I told them I needed a truck for me and my sons and they gave me that and more. They are very professional and they took care of me if anything was wrong, I could come back and they made it right thank you so much Rick John and Jose for everything that you’ve done I am a truly satisfy customer. I had a great experience buying a car from G&G auto in April 2023.  My 2006 Subaru Outback was having issues and I wanted a clean 4x4 that would accommodate my dogs and get me to Mammoth.  They had an excellent selection of vehicles, and the salesman found a KIA Sorrento that met my needs.  The car was immaculate and it was a fair price.  What I really liked was the salesman encouraged me to shop around without trying any pressure tactics or tricks to make me think the car wouldn’t be available if I left.  I purchased the car and a three year warranty through a reputable company and am very happy.  My mechanic also was impressed.  I have a lot of experience with used car dealers in the SFV and these guys really made sure I got the car that was right for me.  I would highly recommend them and if/when I need another car, they will be the first dealer I contact.  Thank you to John and the rest of his team for taking great care of me and for getting me a car I really enjoy.
