We had a very good experience shopping at autonation. Our sales person was very helpful in describing all the features of the car. Well they do not negotiate on price of the vehicle they do negotiate on the trade-in. Because of that we were able to come to a satisfactory deal. Also a shout out to Erica our finance person who was extremely helpful. Our auto insurance company GEICO was the least helpful as I could not get anyone on the line. But AutoNation seems to be a good dealer and I would buy from them again.

So I called Auto Nation Toyota on Monday and spoke w Chris and told him about my experience at Nissan and told him I’m looking for a car and if I go over there and if they pull the same thing, I will blast them in groups, Google maps and yelp, and they are welcome to not do any deals with me and he said no problem and schedule me for the next day I mean Wednesday to go talk with one of thesales person when I went in he wasn’t there, but Chris was there and took me to Kenny. I told both this and Louis about my experience and and again warned them and told them they don’t have to do any business with me because if I have a bad experience, the whole country will know lol but they went ahead so we sat down with Louis I told him couple cars I was looking and sales manager came her name was Yeney. Of course I also told her about my experience and I really want a good deal and a good rate for the interest. She understood moving forward. Everyone of them made effort to make sure I didn’t have a bad deal. I told him I got 6.5 interest rate through Suncoast and they said we can beat that and they did beat that 5.59 interest rate. I was happy with that. I had them remove some of the extras from the price of the car which helped I’m also in school for my bachelors so they gave me $500 rebate. I did tell them I was a student so if you guys looking for a car, always let them know if you’re a student if you’re a nurse, there may be something. I also asked about any deals Toyota nation may be running such as 90 days no payment and they did so my first payment will be November and the rates are locked so overall I’m happy with Toyota AutoNation as I shared my bad experience. I wanted to share my good experience, but I also wanna remind you this could have gone the same way as the previous one and I learned a lot, especially if you’re a single mom you have to do more research.o You have to ask around your friends Family And remember you are the only one looking for your best interest and remember you never have to walk out with a new car or a car day. Also you can get your gap insurance , extended warranty etc through credit union or insurance company and don’t have to buy it from the dealer , it will be overpriced.May be selling one of the things. I also learn is you can always call them and ask them out the door price I also learned that a little later so I didn’t ask about it regardless I’m happy with my deal. I wanted to share with you guys. If you go I would suggest you go see Louis  but also communicate everything you need. Use this post, do research look up on YouTube TikTok. There are so many great dealers I mean previous dealers that give us so many tips on what to do what not to do when it comes to buying in cars, good luck to you all .  Louis, Yeney , Chris they were all great and Daisy at the finance was great and didn’t rush me or insist I would buy the extras which I was so happy about . Also they do work with an insurance  agent , but I would suggest you get a quote from him and shop for one. He was ok.
