We just completed our 5th deal with Autonation. Two buys at this branch and at CDJR NRH, one sale at Chevy NRH.

Sales rep Jose was personable and knowledgeable. I could tell he wanted to get my son into the right vehicle rather than just make a quick sale with minimal effort. He answered all of our questions in a respectful and affable manner. He then took my son in what seemed to be a thorough test drive rather than what's very often little more than a loop around the block that you get at some dealerships. My son was very pleased with the process, and wanted to move forward.

The three of us then met with Garfield in finance/admin. He has a very professional yet approachable manner. There were some bumps in the road(attributable to this being my son's first purchase) but he was able to smooth things over with his patient and respectful communication style. We were able to "get to yes" after a little back and forth, and no small effort on his part to make the deal feasible and fair.

They got us out of there with no surprises or gotchas in a timely manner. I should also mention that due to our work schedules(and a deal that fell through at a different dealership due to an inaccuracy on their website) we rolled in just after sunset at around 6:30 p.m. At no point did we feel rushed nor sensed any impatience or annoyance on their part. When we told them we were sorry to have their dinner go cold over the circumstances, they both very graciously responded about being happy that they were able to help and pleased for us.

I hope I'm not in the market again any time soon LOL but would definitely make their branch first in my list.
