DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF MY LIFE! Went to test drive a car I found online and when I turned the car on it had absolutely no gas in it to even test drive it! So the car salesman had to take the car to put gas in it which he only put $10 in (barely moved it off the gas light) drove it and was ok with the test drive the stereo was horrible only 1 speaker worked ah and the tire pressure light kept flashing. I asked about it and the guy just acknowledged it and said they do a full inspection before putting the car up for sale so it's good. I decided to buy it anyways the process was long and uncomfortable. I sat in his office as he ate his lunch infront of me waiting to see if I was approved. They charge a 3% fee of the entire deposit if you pay by card, so had to go pull out cash. Basically paid wayyyyyy more for the car than what it's even worth at the end and left feeling helpless and unhappy. A day later I get a text message from I don't even know who because he wouldn't tell me his name, saying I needed to come back because I need a new bank on file? I couldn't make it so the next day I get another text saying when am I coming in I gave a proof of address on a bill that wasn't current? I sent in the confirmation showing the bill was paid and asked is that it? He then rudely said that wasn't good enough they needed me to come down there or return the car! I kept asking for what? Bring what with me? What do they need me to do it's so inconvenient to have to come back when I already sent the proof of address and confirmation it's paid? He was the worst customer service representative I've been dealt with that at that point just wanted my money back because they were so unprofessional and awful I no longer wanted to do business with them and he didn't care and was like either way you have to come down here like a smart ass! On top of that after leaving the lot I tried to use the horn and it also didn't even work so they lied about the safety inspection and sold me a car that wasn't legally safe to drive! Which is against the law! I told him and got no apology no nothing just oh well return the car back in the morning! Unbelievable nightmare experience here! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else or you'll regret it like me!

Cars are over priced and the interest is terrible, honestly thought I got a really good deal till after a year when I went to refinance, I got over charged on the car and because my apr(interest) was so high only 37% of my payment went to the principle and I was making no changes to my total loan amount so it was still to high so no one would refinance me without paying the difference( the difference being 3-4K) the vehicle was in 2 prior accidents and I was only told of the one so the equity on the car was so low that it trapped me into the predatory car loan, if I know the whole front end was reconstructed on the vehicle I wouldn’t of got it lol. please do not go here, they will over charge you and you’ll ruin your credit trying to get out of the loan. I just got myself back up to a decent spot but the damage is done. Just go to a licensed dealer ship like Stockton Honda, they have used cars at rates you won’t get ruined by. They also have kill devices so if you’re late on your payments the car won’t start, it’s easy to take out and won’t void any warrentys if you go to a shop(99.9% of shops will do it gladly). If this is your only option just ask for a discount or 7 and pay half of it with cash and your life will be better, or just go anywhere else that exist, like across the street🤷‍♂️

September of 2024 I went to buy my first car with my father as my co-signer. Our salesman was Noah. I chose the car and discussed down payment and they ran our credit and came back with a deal. Weeks later they ask us for more proof of income and paystubs. We find out that the deal did not in fact go through and they had been running my fathers credit without us knowing. Months go by and they asked us to return the car after getting letters that the car was going to be towed but they said it was a mistake on their end. Little did we know that no deal has been settled. We went back twice to sign new paperwork. The deal was never closed and they were lying to us. Be aware that our credit kept getting ran without us knowing for them to find us a lender. Months go by and we get a ticket in the mail from fast track! They have the car under my dads name still and it is March 2025. This dealership definitely doesn’t know what they are doing and they run your credit after you leave without you knowing after your loan apparently went through! Dealership has been reported to better business bureau.
