Selling my Ruby Street Fusion 15, a compact, rolling 3-vessel brewhouse built for consistent 5–10 gallon batches. Great for serious homebrewers, brewery pilot batches, or brewing education. Single phase • Three 6" cast-iron burners on a gas manifold with individual shutoffs • Digital Control Package • HERMS coil option: stainless coil in the digitally controlled, gas-fired HLT. Wort recirculates through the coil and back to the mash, so you get rock-steady mash temps and easy step mashes with no direct flame on the mash tun • Two magnetic-drive pumps with stainless heads, mounted on the frame • Heavy-duty red steel frame with pneumatic wheels and tow handle.
