Recently purchased a 2021 Tundra  from QNQ, The guys working outside were friendly and patient. The one older gentleman encouraged an extended test drive and also patient.
Once I made the purchase, he even took the truck out and filled the tank up with gas.
Elizabeth is in the office was pleasant to deal with and very professional. We negotiated a price that wasn’t far off from the asking price, but I thought it was a fair price to begin with and it was the truck I needed. Within the negotiation, we agreed that two extra keys would be made and a new battery would be put in the truck.  When I showed up the next day to  pay, everything was as promised.
After Elizabeth completed the paperwork, she informed me that she made a math miscalculation and actually refunded me $400. I’m sure she could’ve let that go, but it just shows her integrity and I was very impressed.  The whole process was pleasant and stress free.  This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car from a used car lot. To be honest, I’ve always had a fear about buying a used car from a small used car dealership. This one looks like the classic one you see in the movies. But I have to say QNQ proved me wrong.

Its a small place with not much parking but Theyre employees were nice and helpful bought a car there and it had tire pressure light on and i ask if they could fix it before i bought and they had it fixed by the time i was signing all my paper work. Very helpful and understanding i also had an issue with sunroof in my car and they offered a place to fix no charge due to inconvenience. So id say they do seem to go an extra mile to be of service honest car dealer. 🙏🏻

Bought a 2018 MB Sprinter from them. I’m a no-nonsense buyer, knew what I wanted. They streamlined the process. 30 min. test drive, 30 min. figuring out price and payment. Scheduled pickup and to have paperwork ready for signing the following week. Came in, signed and handed over payment, and out the door in 30 minutes. Elizabeth met my expectations of professionalism and knowledge, making the process easy.

came all the way from colorado and found a car i love! great mileage, great price, and even better customer service. everyone went above and beyond to make sure i secured this vehicle in a time frame that fit my schedule. drove the car back to colorado and no issues at all! would highly recommend this place to anyone. they are very honest and very kind.
