A couple weeks ago, I purchased a Chevy Equinox. My family and I were greeted by everyone. Big john is very nice and made the shopping experience welcoming and comical. John John helped with the papereork when we decided to close in on the vehicle and made sure everything was ready to go. And last but not least, Damian helped navigate the Financials and understanding of the paperwork for the final sign off. I've shopped around other dealerships, but this one made it personal and comfortable. We didn't feel pressured to pull the trigger. My husband and I would recommend this location and the gentlemen working there. Thank you!

Bought my first car from CU Auto with Robbin. She was so kind and informative. The entire staff helped me fully understand and reviewed every page with me. Really grateful to have had this experience with car buying.

Me and my wife bought our first car here. When Reliable Chevy tried to take our down payment without our signature. C U Autos fought to get our down payment back for us and made the first car experience awesome. Came back because the cost of our first car was way less than the repair so we traded it in here and it was even easier than the first time. These guys are awesome working with local credit unions and they let you choose your insurance so you don't get scammed with on the site insurance. VANCE is the man. Much love from Shane and Miranda

I've purchased or leased more than 20 vehicles over my lifetime, but it was only at CU Auto Sales where I've had the finance manager, Damian, tell me - after I'd already agreed to a payment and term I was more than happy with - that he'd found a significantly lower rate that further lowered my monthly payment by more than $50.

I'm writing this nearly a week later and that STILL blows my mind, as it's the first time I've ever seen a dealership extend a sizable discount to a customer who'd already agreed to terms. Plenty of other dealerships would've taken the lower rate but "sold" the original quote, and held the points for a higher profit.

That came after CU Auto Sales had already exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Vance, was diligent in making sure I'd found the vehicle I wanted. I was able to take an extended test drive, by myself, so I could determine that on my own, and he then graciously allowed me to take a few days afterward to make my decision.

Once I agreed to talk numbers, CU Auto Sales appraised my trade within $50 of the number I'd wanted (but hadn't shared) and nearly two grand higher than online appraisals. That higher appraisal put the monthly where I expected it to be, but with zero down. Putting down half of what I'd planned to lowered the monthly payment even more (and that was before the lower rate!) I ended up driving away with thousands in savings over what I expected.

Lots of dealerships will tell you that they do things differently than most. CU Auto Sales is the first dealer in my experience to actually walk that talk in every way.

Make sure the emissions test on the vehicle is done before you purchase the vehicle. They did not do so on mine. I’ve had to waste time, gas and effort getting it done. I was told it would be covered. It was not. If it wasn’t such an issue and inconvenience to me, to pay for something that should’ve been done on the car I think my overall experience would been happier and better. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
