Bought this beautiful Jeep SRT from Earnhardt Kia and loved it for the 4 days I drove it until it mechanically broke down. Confused on how a dealership misses such a big flaw during their inspection. Typically this is not an item that’s missed in an inspection before it’s put on the lot. Bought it on Monday 11/3 broke down in my dealerships parking lot Friday 11/7 luckily I didn’t have to tow the vehicle anywhere because I was at work (aka a jeep dealership). Of course I called Earnhardt Kia to report this matter and of courseee “they aren’t responsible” according to sales manager Scott. Now I have to figure this out on my own instead of the dealership paying for this flaw that they clearly skipped over lol. Mario, Johnny, and Jordan was great to work with 100% but as far as a dealership taking care of their products and customers after the transaction. Terrible. I’ve called countless times asking to speak to the GM and/or the Service manager and do you guys think I received a call back? Of course not lol. It’s been 2 weeks I’ve been without my vehicle. Never again from Earnhardt Kia!!

From the moment we stepped onto the lot Christian welcomed us and answered all our questions. He made us feel welcomed and not pressured. The staff was amazing with us and was very friendly and patient with our girls who were getting restless. We got a great deal on our Telluride and I couldn’t be more happier with our purchase!
