Had a great experience through auto deals today buying a car, these guys are definitely genuine and what you see is what you get , there’s no frills and these cars are not dressed up to hide anything. Fair and reasonable negotiators and the transaction was super fast.

As an 80yo, I've had alot of experience with sales people. Having been in sales myself, including being a sales trainer for a national reality organization. So I'm well versed in sales technique from qualifying to closing. Spent a bit of time with a Ford dealership that was a very unpleasant experience. I'm not a rube. Been around. Mike didn't employ the normal tactics of so many "car salesman". No creating a sense of "urgency", no pressure, just a refreshing, helpful and professional persona. What a breath of fresh air. He listened to me, he absolutely got it. The car I was interested in, is a 2011 Infiniti FX35. Being in Oregon, I couldn't see the car in person, so I asked a lot of questions about the car as well as transporting. All questions were answered, extra pictures sent and a very fair price to my driveway. He suggested having a pre-purches inspection which I was going to ask about,  but he beat me to the punch. Car got a clean bill of health. This process lasted several days and Mike followed up on every promise promptly. Ultimately I didn't buy the car. My reason is personal and not about the car or the dealership or the price and especially not about Mike. He's a 🤴 prince. Look at the reviews for the dealership, I did. After I called Mike to let him know I was going to pass on that FX he was gracious and understanding. Mike knows something many sales people don't,  it's not about making sales,  it's about making customers. I'm Bill Carson and I live in Sandy, Oregon.
