3 stars max for my service experience. BMW of the Woodlands had my car to diagnose a rear rattle, which they did. It was brake related. I appreciate their efforts with the car to diagnose and confirm the diagnosis. When I got the car back there were black smudges all over the white leather interior seats and doors from test-drives. That is simply unacceptable: our cars need to be taken care of better by a premium brand service center. Next, the brake rotors were installed backwards. I admit that they are after-market and not drilled like OEM but slotted, but any half decent mechanic can take a look at the front rotors and match the pattern found there and install the rears the same rotating direction. Not rocket science, just simply a bit of caring and not just wrenching. Lastly, my cooling scoops which were zip-tied to the lower wishbones had been removed and re-installed - carelessly tied wherever, instead of locking them where they belonged since they're made for this exact car they fit and lock into place. I would have accepted them in the trunk, since they're aftermarket but if you spend the time to put them back, please do it right! None of this takes longer than a few seconds to investigate and then wrench properly!

Nolan Duffy was an excellent salesman.  No pressure and he did an excellent job of explaining the car.  Test driving... the car then did the selling.  The Finance Dept was quick, and seamless.  Excellent service.  This is the second car that I have purchased at BMW Woodlands and will be back in the future.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.  We were looking at a used X5, thought it was a bit overpriced, meet James Minkel due to a BlueJack Golf shirt.  On his own, realized we weren't too excited about the price and found us a new 2026 X5, exact color, better trim color and a couple more features for a great price.  My wife and I walked in at 9:30am just to look at used cars and walked out before 2pm with a brand new X5.  What an amazing dealership that was able to develop friendships in just a couple of ours.  The honesty and transparency was a great experience.

I took my wife’s BMW X5 for a minor repair at the dealership and I must admit i was thoroughly disappointed with the dealership services.
There were multiple issues that were just sub standard for a reputable BMW dealership.

First off, we had issues with the loaner. I booked an appointment with the loaner and was told loaner was not available as my appointment was without a loaner. Finally after showing my information, they were able to remedy.

Then, unfortunately, they gave me a loaner with a cracked/chipped windshield - this concerned me as was worried that crack was going to expand, additionally another sensitivity was ‘safety’.

Third , they did not fix a little broken AC vent issue at all. A small AC vent blade broke when a phone holder was connected to it. It appeared that it was so weak that it quickly when we placed a phone holder. BMW decided to not fix this issue on a relatively new car. They said that because it was external object, the would not fix it. If that plastic was just weak and broke without much effort, did not matter.
Finally, when I received the vehicle, the wash was very sloppy, mirrors were not cleaned, it appears like they just ran it through an auto car wash and called it done - the back was not clean, mirrors were not wiped, wheels were clean only in the areas where the auto car wash touched it.
I mention all these as I was used to BMW having excellent service -  this was way below standard.

I have to say - Gabriel was nice as a service advisor and when I expressed my concerns with these issues, he sympathized , everything else was, unfortunately, below standard.
