I purchased my car from PNW Luxury Cars through John Yang, and it was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve ever had. John and his team provide true white-glove customer service with honesty and integrity that’s hard to find in the auto industry.

I’ve had to bring my car in for service twice, and both times John and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, completely unlike any other dealership I’ve worked with.

If I could give PNW Luxury Cars 10 stars, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend John and his team highly enough!

Bought a 2012 Acura MDX last summer. Car deal went fine but 30 days later we found that the car was leaking pretty bad in back corner roof line. Found that the car had been in accident with cracks in the rear frame where water was coming in. Now I know why they didn't want to wash it when we bought. Now under 6 months after purchase it is throwing all.kinds of engine lights and issues. Make sure you have a mechanic go through any car bought from here!!!

Bought a Dodge Challenger from PNW Luxury, but I didn't realize I needed new tires. So, I called, Mike answered the phone, I popped my question on whether I had a warranty for new tires, I only needed 2 but he swung for all 4 and instead of a long wait, he made it happen after 2-3 days. A life saver, not only for the rainy streets, but I also now have the opportunity to test the performance on an actual racetrack. Thank you so much PNW Luxury! The customer service is state of the art!

Michael and Brandon are the absolute best, they helped us get out of a vehicle that had problems into something super reliable and affordable. I can't say enough good things about these 2 young men!!!! Very happy and would highly recommend on your next vehicle purchase!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Nearly every step of the process was mishandled.

- They falsified documents. They signed a delivery approval under my name dated August 19th, even though I didn’t receive the car until August 30th. I never signed or approved that document.

- The odometer statement they gave me was wrong. When I pointed it out, they refused to correct it.

- The shifter was broken and could not drive my car!

- They messed up my title and tax paperwork, failing to note that I had already paid my taxes. Now my state is trying to charge me twice. Which I told them the form they needed to avoid this and they ignored it

- My car was delivered on empty — not even a small amount of gas.

- They claimed my battery tested at 100%, yet within a day it was completely dead at only 10 volts.

- Every time I called for help, it took them over 24 hours to respond — if they responded at all.

This dealership has shown themselves to be careless, unprofessional, and dishonest. I deeply regret doing business with them.

I understand that I purchased a used car and the condition would not be perfect; but I would expect them to be transparent about the condition and the miles. Especially from a luxury dealership.
