1965 stephens house boat one of a kind 43 ft 48 ft if u count swim platform and front anchor all aluminum on a M-11 haul have all documents since its conception motor replaced in 2012 with a merc cruiser brovo 2 motor. Have full set of books on motor and parts breakdownhas a complex battery and inverter charger set up so dont have to use the on board onan 6.5 gen with under a hundred hours on it. Needs tlc cosmetically paint ect. And the vacuflush system needs work asking for 20k for her as is value is closer to 30k but dont have time to fix toilet and paint so selling at reduced price for as is
