About two weeks ago, I began looking into leasing an SUV. After doing some research, I decided on the Ford Explorer. However, the experience didn’t go as planned, the salesperson never returned my call after promising to follow up with more information about the vehicle.

Derek went above and beyond to explain every detail of what had happened to the car and how they planned to address the issue with true professional precision. His thoroughness gave me peace of mind. I also really appreciated that they waived some of the fees after I had to return for additional repairs that weren’t identified the first time—this gesture showed integrity and care for the customer. This is an above 5 star review!  I have been looking for my dream vehicle for 2 years, a Lexus RX 350. I found 2015 model at AutoNation Sanford Ford and brought my mechanic with me and he gave it thorough inspection. He found the SUV was sound and clean and Interior was almost brand new. Ethan and his sales manager took care of the sales process and was absolutely great to deal with no pressure, so I purchased the vehicle and drove it home feeling great about my purchase.

I have had 2 back surgeries recently and I found out the seats in the RX were not suitable for my back and was causing pain. I drove it for 4 days making adjustments to the seat, to no avail and I was heartbroken that I needed to return the vehicle.

Then, my concern was about the return policy; it is a 5 day or 250 miles policy.That I would have to jump through hoops the get my money back. I spoke Ethan and explained the issue and he immediately reassured me that the policy was truly “no questions asked.” He and Marisio started the process right there and then, with professionalism and completely understanding..
