Custom Honda turbo setup

Custom made Honda turbo setup that I made to fit my Honda. It’s actually a BMW turbo that I converted to fit into my Honda. The turbo is rebuilt with all new bearings and internals so it’s ready to rock and roll. No shaft play no oil leaking. I also have all the oil lines you would need which are custom made also. I have the exhaust manifold with a custom plate I made to house the oxygen sensor cause it needs to be moved to avoid a check engine light. I also have an Intercooler and piping with more custom fittings and flanges to make it fit. Lastly I have a cooling fan that’s smaller cause depending on your vehicle the stock fans may have to be moved to fit the turbo so I have a fan set up . I also have a down pipe I custom made to allow the stock exhaust to fit on the vehicle. The whole set up is custom made since you can’t order a kit to convert a BMW turbo to non turbo Honda. There is a lot of engineering and thought that went into making this “kit” ... most of the welds are pretty some are not like the custom down pipe cause it was very hard to get the bends just right but they all work perfectly .... more pictures are coming!
