Just bought my 2nd new car at Cerritos Mitsubishi. The salesman chadi was very knowledgeable on all point of the car. The sales manager Allen was extremely helpful in getting the car I wanted & needed. Very great experience when car was delivered. Very pleased with how everything was handled. Very BAD experience! Sale rep. (Chadi) was helpful at first, then days went by with no response. Later got back with a response that I've got approve but with X amount of down payments, ok that's fine.  Now getting transferred to finance department to finalize. Days went by and I was calling and texting to see how things was going, but no answer or call back. Finally, Eddie (manager) calls for banks statements when i have already provide and wanting even more down payments.  Also, I was already pre approve from my bank before I even contacted them.  Why are they keep on lying and upping the price every time they call.  This been dragging for 2 weeks now!  There is more to the say, but it's too long to write it all down.  I know i will never deal with them again.

Car was not as advertised I was looking for a 4x4 Tundra and was mislead to a 2x4. Completed purchase and on the 2nd day realized it wasn't a 4x4. Messaged Mgr Eddy no response. Then talk to Mgr Kelly and he pretty much told me its my fault for not checking when I test drove it.
I had to take legal action and after a week of battle they finally accepted truck back.
But then wanted to sneak in a restocking fee of $750. By having me sign a cancelation of contract but never told me of fee. They just said sign here , lucky I read everything before signing and questioned the fee and made them take it off.

Beware of this dealer double triple check everything before signing. They're all scums
