I visited Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale on Friday to purchase my GLE 450, and as a first-time customer the experience was excellent from start to finish.

I’ll admit I was a little nervous walking in. I’ve never owned a vehicle like this before, and when you step into a dealership for the first time you never quite know what kind of experience you’re going to get. Fortunately, the team here made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable.

My first contact was with Raul, who was very welcoming and helpful. Later I worked with Chris, who was equally professional and attentive. Both of them treated me with respect and made me feel like I belonged there, which goes a long way when you’re making a big purchase like this.

Leah in the finance department was also amazing—professional, patient, and very easy to work with throughout the process.

Overall, it was a real pleasure doing business with this team. If you’re considering a Mercedes, I would absolutely recommend giving Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale the opportunity to earn your business.

My experience was challenging. I felt like I wasn't seen as a valued potential customer because I don't look like their typical customer. The new GM passed by me and returned to see how things were going. He stopped and actually listened to how I felt and expressed his dissatisfaction with how I perceived that I was being treated. Another part of the team Chris jumped in the minute I walked in and went to work finding out what needed to be done to rectify the issues that I am experiencing. As always my sales specialist Abraham was willing to do whatever was needed. Patrice, the title specialist was great. She did whatever she said she was going to do. My title issues still aren't resolved but the persons I spoke of are true team players. Because of them I am giving this dealership another chance. I believe a true change is coming and everyone will be treated with respect and valued customer service.

These folks are outstanding, from the advice department; Tory; to sales; Gary small; to finance; miss orien; to sales manager, everyone focused on customer satisfaction. Is beyond words how this whole team jumped in in this experience. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz AutoNation as the best purchasing experience to date.
