Maxwell Like 3-Piece Sectional Vintage Top Grain (USA Premium Leather Co)

If you love the Restoration Hardware Maxwell look, this one has that same oversized, low-profile, lived-in leather style without the RH price tag. This is a high-end genuine leather sectional originally purchased for around $17,000 in 2013, in NC from USA Premium Leather Co. It has aged like wine and has that worn-in, vintage leather character that you just can’t get with a brand-new sofa. Condition: 7/10 Structurally, it’s in excellent condition — solid, sturdy, and extremely comfortable. The leather definitely shows its age and could use some TLC/conditioning, which is reflected in the price. I’d rather be upfront about the condition than pretend it’s perfect. Priced appropriately and well under market value. This is for someone who appreciates genuine leather, vintage character, and the RH/Maxwell aesthetic. 📍 Pickup: 78741 – Austin 🚚 Local delivery available — fee varies by ZIP code 🇺🇸 Nationwide shipping can also be arranged First come, first serve. You’re welcome to come see it in person before purchasing. #RestorationHardware #RHStyle #RHMaxwell #MaxwellSofa #LeatherSectional #LeatherSofa #GenuineLeather #VintageLeather #VintageFurniture #LuxuryFurniture #DesignerFurniture #HighEndFurniture #RHInspired #OversizedSectional #BrownLeatherSofa #AustinFurniture #ATXFurniture #AustinMarketplace #LuxuryForLess #VintageVibes
