Pokemon Black And White Version Pokedex Book (Read Description)

I have this pokemon black and white version pokedex book. It does have quite a bit of wear from water damage on the bottom of some pages to tears and the first 2 pages or so including the cover are hanging off the binding as seen in the pics. Just being honest here. The water damage is on the bottom corners and bottom middle part of some pages and slightly on the top part of book edges not much there though and it does not affect readability of the book. As the pages go up the water damage decreases except for some pages in the 500s again towards the bottom corners of the book. The plastic on the cover is peeling as well. I just want to make whoever buys this aware of all the wear so they can decide if they want it. It is still a pretty rare book though and many pages are just fine so asking for $18 final sale.
