Vintage Lane Mid-Century Modern Cedar Chest — $395 OBO

Beautiful vintage Lane cedar chest made in Altavista, Virginia from approximately 1950’s to 1970’s. Features a distinctive geometric wood-grain pattern, warm wood tones, tapered legs, and a spacious cedar-lined interior with a storage tray. A versatile statement piece that works beautifully as a storage chest or TV console. Condition: Good vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age, including minor scratches and surface imperfections. The top has some sun fading, resulting in a lighter finish than the rest of the piece. With some light refinishing and a fresh protective finish, the original richness of the wood could potentially be restored. Overall, a beautiful vintage collector’s piece with plenty of character and life left in it.
