On label: "Manufactured by AMPEX, Elk Grove Village, Ill., U.S.A." "Made in U.S.A." Item is in very good condition considering it is about 55 years old I pointed out minor issues with the box. It has been in my possession for over 40 years and been stored in a cool smoke free environment. I have seen on eBay this going for a lot of money. I’m not going to go as high as some of them., But I have seen some of the models with a white banner at the top going for a lot less so make sure you confirm which version you’re looking at on eBay.
