Must have visited over a dozen dealerships over the course of a week with this dealer being our 2nd visit.   As we continued to shop, nothing compared to the completeness and cleanliness of the vehicle at Velocity and acted as a benchmark.  We continued to negotiate over text and the salesman was friendly, straightforward and negotiABLE.  We did decide to buy here because of the vehicle and price but what I thought was really cool was that I was able to comfortably sit and do the deal with the salesman while I jacked my jaw w the other guys.  My girl's appreciation for the salesman was the first thing she commented on when driving off the lot--which wasn't what we could say about our previous purchase with another dealer.  Five stars!  Thx guys.

I had a great experience buying my car here. The staff was honest, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no hidden surprises just straightforward communication and a fair deal. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable before making my decision. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable used car dealership!

I had to make another review, this place has been awful, first I buy a truck from them, at the time of purchase they told me the differential was going out and needed to be replaced, they said they’d fix and cover it, waited a whole month before that even got done, then I get the truck back, they said it’s good and in working order, I tell the guy working at the dealership that something sounded off from the rear differential (the one they replaced), he asks me “what sounds exactly”, so I tell him, proceed to get NO response, and since I’m no mechanic I simply brushed it off, the first time I took the truck on the freeway, it turned out that they’re mechanic never properly put the driveshaft back on when the replaced the diff, so with my family in the car, the driveshaft completely falls out and I see sparks going down the highway, and they have no urgency to get this fixed, this has been horrible dealing with them, and they have no problem giving you unsafe vehicles.

Update: dealership called, said they wanted me to pay a big portion of the cost it gonna cost them to repair the truck they gave back to me broken, and now they won’t respond back because I don’t have the money to do so, beware they will promise to fix something with your vehicle, and be fine with giving it back to you broken then ask you to pay out of pocket for there mistake!!!

Edit: now they’re trying to say the damages wasn’t caused by them, when I got the truck back from this dealership I heard noises the day I got it back from they’re dealership, they’re liars and never offered to “look at it” they offered to take the truck and told me I wouldn’t get it back until I paid at least 1000$ out of pocket for there mistake, and it wasn’t even a full month, even if that was the case, they’re basically saying, your vehicles will only be in running condition for 30 days after a purchase from them? In that month I put maybe 200 miles on it cause of the problems, what a joke.

Bought a 2013 ram 1500 from them. There are a few imperfections on it But the price I got it for reflects that. These guys really want to help you get the right vehicle for you and do there best to get you the payment they want. I have owned the truck for a month now and still love it. I will refer people to them and plan to time back for a vehicle for my wife in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. We literally were ready to buy a vehicle and Eli couldn’t get a hold of his boss so we could move forward. Tells us he will contact us first thing in the morning. Never does and so I reach out ready to move forward just for them to have sold it to someone else. A complete waste of time, effort and gas going all the way there to be treated like that.

These people are liars too. I would absolutely stay away.

Edit****And the owners response couldn’t be further from the truth. Didn’t offer $3000 less! That’s bullshit and they know it. If it’s first come first serve how come we didn’t get the car when we were there? Exactly these guys are your typical “used car” dealership con men.
