his is my 2nd car I have bought from Gene Pankey. It's always a great experience with awesome customer service. Car Salesmen at dealerships can be uncomfortable, but these guys are hassle free and easy going. I always recommend this place if anyone needs a car no matter how expensive. Best deal in town!

I honestly recommend this place. Buying a car is stressful especially when you have to do it unexpectedly. Cars are expensive but this dealership has prices that are reasonable for the market and competitively priced/lower than most dealerships in the area. Most of their vehicles have very low miles. They made the process of buying a car as simple and painless as possible. lol. I hate buying cars! Craig was very helpful, patient and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. He offered coffee and water every time I came in. All of their vehicles have a 30 day warranty. Which is better than a lot of used lots in the area that sell as is. Travis was helpful with financing. I got a pretty good interest rate and put very little down. He also added a good extended mechanical warranty to my loan which gives me some extra peace of mind when buying a used car. . He even worked with me on my first payment date so that I have 90 days and can wait until after the holidays to start making payments. Then, After I bought the car I was struggling with having time and assistance with getting the car to my home. I was going to uber but I was also working from home and had so much going on with my kids home from school sick. So they delivered the vehicle to me ! This was a huge help and I really appreciated it. I then realized that the vehicle only had one key. . I was worried about this because I lose stuff a lot. I felt like they had been very helpful and almost didn’t want to ask but I did. I asked for a second key to see if they would consider it and they said yes and seemed happy to help. I really appreciate the support I’ve continued to have after I already purchased the vehicle. They already got my money but they have continued to be helpful. I can see that they are in it for the long haul. They care enough to want you to come back. They work hard for their good reputation. I will definitely come back the next time I need a vehicle. Soooo beyond thankful for Gene Pankey Motor Company! This is the third car I have bought (so sad I didn’t purchase my other 2 through Gene Pankey) because they made this process absolutely smooth and flawless! Kevin was absolutely amazing and I never once felt pressured that I needed to buy this vehicle. He answered all of our questions and I felt even better that he owns an electric car as well. I was really intimidated and nervous looking into electric vehicles but Kevin answered all my questions and concerns. And oh my this car is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thank you Kevin & Gene Pankey Motor Company.
