I purchase on 9/22/2025 Lexus 2015 RX 350 the process was good  but before singing the contract. My salesman name was JORGE deliver was good, but after i received the car and checking the features as per linting there was no navigation. I contacted my salesman Jorge and asked him there is no navigation he said not sure, so i send him photo of the setting on the car dash board he never replied.I was disappointed he did not reply so I am sayin to everyone buyers be aware before you make payment and sign contract. They does not care once your have the vehicle. I will not recommend or purchase from this company due to their customer service treatment...THEY TREAT AS A NUMBER NOT A CUSTOMER.

Found the Civic online but was about an hour away & couldn’t make it there for a few days. I called and explained my situation & they worked to quickly secure the car for me. A+ customer service, clean, well maintained vehicles, for fair prices. They reduced the price for me, just to make sure I could get approved! Will definitely be my first visit if I’m in the car market again!

I just want to say that they made my car purchase very easy. I found a 2019 Toyota corolla and price was exceptional. Customer service on point. They also recommended services for future maintenance from other local business if I needed when I asked. I will definitely recommend if you need a car asap.

It was a pleasure dealing with Luis at SR Auto Collection. We found a really good 2013 BRZ Limited for our daughter and secondary family vehicle. The entire process start to finish, from allowing me to take it to my mechanic prior to purchasing to the final day of pickup and paperwork and even follow up to a reprogramming of a remote key, was smooth and easy. I bought a used 2008 F350 that the dealership had put a lot of money into already. It was evidence and had new injectors new fuel pump new ball joints shocks and the truck was beautiful. We worked out a good price on the way home. The check engine light came on. I called them to let them know. They called me back the very next day because it was already closing time when I called they told me to take it to their mechanic which I did. He said he would fix it  not to worry about it And they did they kept the truck for two days troubleshot found the problem. Call me told me it was ready to pick up. You don’t find any dealers like that stand behind a used product. I will definitely buy from them again.!
