Attention whoever is attempting to purchase a vehicle from American Auto Sales Don’t they Automobiles are trash May ride good for about 2 weeks then there are major problems that come up motor and transmission issues they won’t answer your cars and won’t fix them they are going to tell you their Vehicles Are As Is so it’s your Problem My Advice Is To Look Somewhere Else Please Let Everyone Know to look somewhere else

I purchased a car on 8-12-2023. Upon leaving the dealership I notice a noise from the front drive side front wheel was making a bad scrubbing noise. Immediately I called back and notified them of what I was hearing. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix it. I was told to bring the car back Monday but when I called Monday I was told that I need to bring it Tuesday because they had order the part a week ago and it wouldn’t be there until Tuesday. (So you knew something was wrong and you sold the car smh??). Well after I drop the car off Tuesday I called back today 8-17-2023 and asked was the car ready for pick up at the time Samantha is her name stated my loan was declined and I wouldn’t be able to purchase the car and I had forfeited my down payment of $2500 dollars. I went out with the police and still no refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!. They’re scam artists and they’re very rude. DONT DO IT….

PLEASE DNT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I PURCHASED A CAR IN SEPTEMBER MY MOTOR BLEW IN DECEMBER THEY ARE TRASH!! For u to say MY NAME NOT IN THE SYSTEM IS INSANE I BET ITS NOT NOW I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE YAL ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Absolutely terribly customer service and behaviors, I parked a car in this lot for 1 hour after reading a sign specifically stipulating that I would be giving 24 hours or if left overnight for the car to be towed. Instead of following what they specifically said they chose to tow my car in that 1 hour time frame. I only can presume it is due to the fact that they have no customers and can't sell a car without scamming someone so the only way they can make money is by towing potential customers cars. Unacceptable. Never come here.

Elsa and everyone else were very helpful not only during, but after purchasing our well-conditioned and cleaned Jeep. She went above and beyond after the sale to help us with DMV complexities. This is a highly recommend used-car dealership.
