Had a great experience with West Coast Autoworks yesterday. Purchased a used 2017 GMC Sierra. Drove all the way up from south of Olympia. I told them up-front I was going to look at three rigs in the area. Stopped there first and Ethan took great care of us. Ethan was a great guy to work with - super chill, answered all our questions completely and professionally. He communicated with me via text all day, and when after looking at his truck I told him we were leaving to go look at others he RESPECTED our decision to leave and compare trucks from other lots. No hard salesman speak, no “what can we do to close the deal now” talk. Just respected me as a person and customer, shook my hand and off the lot I drove. Other dealers pressured me and that turned me off. I went back to West Coast, negotiated the deal and drove home with a great truck!
Negotiations were fair, finance was fast (finance officer was a GREAT guy - very personable and helpful), they got me a better interest rate than my own CU and saved me money in the warranty and GAP.

Excellent work by all - SUPER RECOMMENDED!!! When I’m looking for another used car/truck, I’ll check here first next time.

I get a little skeptical with smaller car dealerships as I have had a not so great experience with one. As I was pulling into west coast auto works I realized it was a lot bigger than I had thought which made me feel better. And I noticed they had some really nice vehicles on their lot. The car salesman greeted us, I said there was a specific truck I wanted to look at so he went and grabbed the keys. What I liked is he stay hovering over us while we looked over the truck and he wasn’t pushy. The detail in the inside was the cleanest I had seen out of all the trucks at other lots I had looked at. We test drove it, looked over it some more and decided to sit down and figure out the loan. I had a trade in which I was upside down on, and I had been to a few lots already and found a truck I had liked that I had negotiated to get my trade in offer to a decent value. Alex came out with my trade in value $2500 more than the other lot on the first offer. He didn’t try to low ball me whatsoever which most lots do. I immediately took the truck straight to my uncle who is a mechanic, to look over the truck and see if he could find anything wrong, he did not. Worse thing about buying a vehicle is when you find out something big is wrong with it, I am so relieved that wasn’t an issue here. Highly recommend this car lot, I would definitely buy from them again.

Great cars, great staff...even the negotiation phase you do with all dealers was way easier here. NO PRESSURE!!!! I feel like their lot is a huge mix of things where there is something for everyone. Their prices are also often exceptional from what I have seen and the condition of the vehicles is solid. Don't be afraid to give them a try, not only myself but others I know have purchased with them and are pleased with their purchases.
