Excellent buying experience!
The car looks like new, in perfect condition. Ando, the seller, was open and honest, with no hidden issues — all the paperwork was in order. Very very unhappy. Everytime I call nobody seems to be able to answer. I financed a 2013 Dodge Avenger in January of this year and it spends more time as a paperweight than a vehicle. I feel like I was scammed they sold me a useless vehicle and an even more useless warranty that refuses to cover any of the issues that have occurred with this vehicle with the exception of a $15 fuse. I hate having to post a negative review but since nobody can answer the phone to address the issues I have no other way. I’ll be contacting the finance company and better business bureau next if I have to. Really sad considering I did enjoy the experience while I was there buying it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark after corresponding with me for about a week while I obtain my auto loan through our credit union. I was very concerned about purchasing my car online for the first time. We found our car on CarGurus. However, both Mark & Brian were great & made it very comfortable by explaining & answering all questions.
I was shopping for another Toyota Avalon since the last one I purchased was in 1999. After searching for about 2 months, my husband found my perfect car. He had all my documents ready for us to sign when we arrived from Northern California. They handled my transaction efficiently. My husband & I were done in less then 20 minutes.  My Toyota had everything I expected plus more.  They were all very polite, respectful and efficient.
