Recently installed this to my kayak as an upgrade took it out twice runs very smooth and great option for pedal drive kayaks, unfortunately my kayak had a crack in the hull and replaced it with a different kayak so have no need for this upgrade. Nothing wrong with 8-ball “LURES” Steering system and rudder. It’s made primarily for Feelfree Kayaks and a few other brands as a DIY option.
