Brand New! This small heater packs a punch! High rating with the Better Business Bureau. I purchased after a friend showed me her’s at work, but did not realize it was a 220 V. I bought a converter for a regular 110 V outlet but now find that I just don’t need it. This is a great deal at half the price!
