Description
This is a Monopoly Playmaster, a vintage electronic board game accessory released by Parker Brothers in 1982. This device was designed to be used with a standard Monopoly board to speed up and "jazz up" the classic gameplay. Key Features and Gameplay The Playmaster sits in the center of a standard Monopoly board and acts as an electronic assistant for the game. * Electronic Dice: It performs electronic rolls for players. * Property Management: It tracks which properties are bought and which are still available, though it does not track Community Chest or Chance cards. * Faster Paced Rules: It introduces "buy-backs" and auctions. For example, if a player cannot pay a loan, the Playmaster may auction off their properties. * Loans: It allows players to borrow money at interest (typically 10%) against the value of a color group, which the computer randomly calls in. * Audio/Visuals: It uses LEDs and eight simple musical tunes to signal game actions, such as a siren when someone goes to jail or "I've Been Working on the Railroad" for landing on a railroad. I will include a 2004 Edition of Monopoly Game with no player money for “FREE “
